- When we receive bookings for incursions, excursions or events, we collect information at the time the booking is made.

Photographs and videos of people interacting with ESWA are collected only with the consent of the person being photographed or filmed, or their parent/guardian. The consent forms for photography and filming also collect information regarding the name of the person in the photograph or video.

We may hold your personal information in physical and electronic form both at our premises and with the assistance of our service providers. We implement a range of measures to protect the security of that information. We are also required to take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify information when no longer needed for any permitted purpose.

- provide you with information that we think may be of interest to you that relates to ESWA activities.

No personal information is contained in or collected as a result of using these cooking or pixels.
